Were we a backyard-based design/build Northwest Montana landscaping company? Yes, back in 1980! Polson, and our business, was smaller. Wes and I (Twila) operated our Mission Valley landscaping company for four years. As Polson grew, so did we. In 1984, on two acres of land we opened our retail nursery and garden center, one of the first nurseries in Lake County. A year later, we built our first greenhouse, containing many Montana plants. Thanks to you, our customers, and friends; we’ve expanded to a major firm.

Here in one of the best Montana nurseries, we have on staff three Montana/Idaho Certified Plant Professionals. What does that mean to you? It means training, examinations, working in our industry for some years. With these CPP individuals on staff, we are better able to provide you with the best landscaping, consulting, and professional advice. Just to brag a little bit, we’re not just a department store with plants, we’re ALL about plants, plant care, shrubs and trees. If you’re concerned about your garden, we’ll help you with your concerns.

Please come and stroll through our retail store, greenhouses, and outdoor nursery. On the South Shore road, our marquee in front, “Delaney’s Landscape and Garden Center” is a pleasant reminder of where we’re located. Lots of parking is available for you.
